A Note From Dan
With great excitement, I’m running for Richardson City Council, Place 3! I want to thank my wife, the amazing Erin Barrios, and our son, Leo, for their unwavering support as we continue our service journey in this community we love.
I'm humbled by the outpouring of support since we launched this campaign. I promise to represent you to the best of my ability as a candidate and as your Councilman. I want to ensure Richardson continues to grow innovatively, support our first responders as they work to keep our city safe, and celebrate our diverse economic and cultural identity in this city we all love. Richardson has so many bright opportunities ahead of us. Through our collective commitment, we can continue to make Richardson a place to plant roots and embrace growth.

Like many of our neighbors, Dan Barrios and his wife Erin chose to plant their roots in Richardson because of the strong sense of community. Dan believes giving back to the community is the best way to keep it strong. He has a unique set of involvement inside the community and professional experience that has prepared him to serve as our Councilmember.
